On June 29, we invite kids to a delightful morning workshop where they’ll make real chocolate fondant — crisp on the outside and perfectly gooey in the center, just like in the best Parisian restaurants.
Young pastry chefs will work with rich dark chocolate, learn precision baking techniques, and discover how to achieve the ideal molten texture. The final touch — serving their dessert with a scoop of ice cream, just like professional chefs!
👧👦 The class is suitable for kids aged 6 to 15 and takes place in the cozy Cookiddoo Studio in Ottawa, filled with chocolatey aromas, creativity, and sweet inspiration.
