What is "Young Chef"?

This is not entertainment. It is culinary education adapted for young chefs.

"Young Chef" is a structured program designed to build real skills — not just follow recipes. We focus on safety, technique, and independence.

Over 6 weeks, students develop:

  • Kitchen independence
  • Confidence with knives and heat
  • Understanding of ingredients
  • Professional presentation skills

Focus on foundations, safety, basic techniques, and confidence building in the kitchen.

Program Structure (6 Weeks)

From safety basics to a final restaurant-style challenge.

Proper handling of equipment, safety protocols, and introduction to basic cuts.

Learning the base of cooking: how to cook rice, quinoa, and make savory broths.

Working with flour, yeast, and making bread/pastry from scratch.

Safe handling of raw meat, cooking temperatures, and seasoning proteins.

Exploring flavors and spices from around the world.

Students complete a culinary challenge. Parents are invited for the final presentation.

Final Project & Graduation

On the final week, students complete a culinary challenge demonstrating the skills they’ve mastered.

Each graduate receives:

  • Professional graduation photo
  • Recipe booklet
  • Celebration ceremony
