Under the guidance of our chef, who has many years of experience in the best Italian restaurants, you will master all the subtleties of creating the perfect pizza. You will learn the secrets of preparing two types of dough - thin crispy and airy puffy, learn how to prepare a balanced tomato sauce according to an old Italian recipe and get acquainted with the art of proper baking in a real wood-fired oven.
We will pay special attention to spring seasonal ingredients - fresh vegetables from local farms, fragrant herbs, delicate edible flowers and premium cheeses. You'll be able to experiment with toppings to create your own unique signature pizza that reflects your taste preferences and spring mood.
