At the master class, young chefs will:
🌈 Obtain natural food coloring from vegetables — squeeze spinach, beetroot, and carrot juice for bright colors.
🍝 Knead the pasta dough from flour and eggs — combine the ingredients and knead into a soft, elastic dough.
🎯 Roll out and cut the pasta by hand — master traditional techniques for shaping different types of pasta.
🧄 Prepare simple sauces from scratch — butter with herbs and homemade tomato sauce.
Each participant will receive:
✅ Multicolored pasta, made entirely by hand
✅ Personalized certificate of master pasta maker
✅ Detailed recipes for natural dyes and dough
