Questions from parents

Who can get a certificate?

Children who came to a Cookiddoo class, course or birthday party. We check the email against our bookings. If we cannot match it right away, Anastasiia checks it and emails the certificate.

Does the club cost anything?

The club is free. Stamps and levels are rewards for coming to classes; they have no cash value.

What do you store about my child?

Only the first name, and if you add it, the birthday month and day without the year. You can delete your family's data from the Chef Passport at any time.

The certificate email has not arrived. What now?

Check the spam or Promotions folder for an email from noreply@cookiddoo.com. If 15 minutes have passed, write to info@cookiddoo.com and tell us your child's name and the class date.

My child was a guest at a birthday party. How do we get a certificate?

Ask the birthday child's parent for the email they booked the party with, then fill in the birthday guest form. The certificate comes to your own email.
