For fall and winter 2026, Cookiddoo’s main kids program in Ottawa is the Junior Chef Academy: eight Wednesday evenings in Kanata, October 21 to December 16, for ages 8 to 13. Alongside it, 2-hour master classes run for ages 4 to 15, and private classes and cooking parties come to homes across Ottawa and Gatineau all season, including December holiday parties.

Up to 10 children, a lead coach and an assistant; $680 + HST, or two payments of $340 + HST. Spots and booking: Junior Chef Academy. The group is small, so write to us early if you are interested in the next start date.
Master classes through the season
Master classes are single 2-hour hands-on sessions for ages 4 to 15, from $55 per child, with every child at their own station. Ask for the next open class on the master classes page, or book a private one for your kids and their friends.
PA days and school breaks
Ottawa’s English school boards have several PA days between October and January. A private cooking class at home turns a PA day into a planned activity for a small group of friends. Dates for OCDSB and OCSB are in our PA days in Ottawa guide.
December holiday parties
A 2-hour cooking party at home works for a December birthday, a family gathering or a classroom celebration: we bring ingredients, tools and aprons, every child cooks one dish and one drink, and we clean up. $485 for 8 children, $50 per extra child up to 11. Companies planning a family holiday event can book a kids cooking station.
