In the cozy and soulful atmosphere of the master class children:
Prepare real dough for chocolate truffles from scratch — learn the basics of melting, mixing and molding rich chocolate ganache.
Mold and roll truffles into perfect balls — using special spoons and tools like real chocolatiers.
Take their imagination into decorating! Each child will decorate the truffles to their taste by dipping them in:
— cocoa powder
— crushed nuts
— rainbow sprinkles
— freeze-dried berries
— coconut shavings
Pack the sweets in a beautiful gift box — with tissue paper, ribbons and a “Thank You” tag to delight your teacher on Monday!
The workshop is suitable for kids ages 4 to 14 and will take place at the Cookiddoo Studio in Ottawa. Not only is it a delicious and rewarding experience, but it's also a great way to develop creative and culinary skills.
