Autumn is the season for cozy aromas and delicious experiments in the kitchen!
In this master class, every child will be able to create a real autumn dish entirely by themselves — delicate pumpkin ravioli with cream sauce, which they can surprise their family with.

Under the guidance of the chef, children will learn how to make pasta from scratch, master the techniques of kneading and rolling out dough, learn how to make delicious fillings, and create perfect ravioli. Everything is done by hand, without semi-finished products or ready-made mixtures — a real culinary experience from A to Z.

What participants can expect:

Preparing pasta dough from scratch — mixing flour and eggs, kneading and rolling out to a perfectly elastic texture.
Prepare the pumpkin filling — juicy, fragrant, and slightly sweet with cheese and spices.
Shaping ravioli by hand — children learn to roll out dough, cut out shapes, and carefully close each ravioli like real Italian chefs.
Making cream sauce — we melt cream with butter, garlic, and herbs to make a delicate and aromatic sauce.
Packaging and taking home — the ravioli in containers are ready to be reheated and served for dinner or the next day.

Each participant receives:

✅ A serving of completely homemade ravioli with cream sauce
✅ A personal “Little Pasta Chef” certificate
✅ A complete digital recipe for the dough, filling, and sauce
✅ Photos from the master class
✅ New skills, confidence, and lots of joy

Yes. There are no pre-made sheets or mixes — at this Ottawa kids cooking class children mix flour and eggs, then knead and roll the dough by hand until it is smooth and elastic.
Kids blend roasted pumpkin with cheese and warm autumn spices into a soft, lightly sweet and savoury filling, seasoning and tasting it as they go.
With the chef they roll the dough thin, cut out rounds, add a spoon of pumpkin filling and carefully press each ravioli closed so it won't open while cooking — just like little Italian chefs.
Children gently melt cream with butter, garlic and fresh herbs into a silky sauce that coats the ravioli and gives the dish its cozy fall flavour.
