A kids birthday party fits in a small Ottawa apartment or condo when you plan it around one table. Count your work surfaces first: one standard 6-foot folding or dining table holds six to eight children standing along both sides, and that number becomes your guest list. Then pick an activity that keeps everyone in one place facing that table — cooking, decorating, assembling — so the room stays calm and the neighbours stay friendly. Choose a menu that skips the oven if your kitchen is tight, start in the afternoon, and keep the music inside your walls. Cookiddoo brings the full setup to homes, condos and party rooms across Ottawa and Gatineau.
